Terms & Conditions

1. Admission Policy

Entry is permitted only for guests who are 16 years of age or older.

Individuals under the age of 16 are strictly prohibited from entering the premises, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or any other adult.

Skills Village reserves the right to request a valid government-issued identification document to verify a guest's age before granting entry.

Any booking made for a person under the age of 16 will be denied entry without entitlement to a refund.

2. Booking & Payment

• All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details are accurate before completing their purchase.
• By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Transactions

All payments made to Skills Village are final and non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for:

• Cancellations
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Change of mind
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to meet the admission requirements, including the minimum age requirement

3.2 Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their reservation; however, cancellation does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Skills Village may, at its sole discretion, permit a one-time rescheduling request if submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

3.3 No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to attend their booked session at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling unless otherwise approved by Skills Village.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• The event or session is cancelled by Skills Village and no suitable alternative date is offered.
• A duplicate payment or payment processing error has occurred.
• A refund is required by applicable law.

5. Right to Refuse Entry

Skills Village reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who:

• Is under the age of 16.
• Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Engages in unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.

Refusal of entry under these circumstances does not entitle the guest to a refund.

6. Acceptance

By completing a booking or purchasing a ticket, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
